Michael Gietzen is the Managing Director at Identity, a global live events agency headquartered in East Sussex. Identity recently made its entrance into the Sunday Times Fasttrack 100 list and the company is also a recent Queens Award winner. Michael’s expertise lies in developing strategic creative solutions to complex challenges and injecting innovation into existing programmes to deliver a fresh and invigorated approach. Michael leads a team of 100+ to deliver live events for global blue chip clients such as Google, ITV, Siemens, as well as international summits such as last year’s NATO Leaders Meeting. In addition to his day-to-day role as Managing Director, Michael often participates in industry-focussed roundtable discussions, podcasts and expert judging panels.
