Role: - Working closely to deliver account strategy and event programmes for multiple clients and the companies key accounts - Lead contact for key clients, whilst leading a team to ensure project delivery and internal processes are carried out to the highest standard - Overall strategic direction of multiple complex accounts, ultimate responsibility on quality assurance & highest levels of customer service - Seeking opportunities for innovation, efficiencies and improvement, as well as generating new business within existing clients - Pitch leading important projects very early on whilst focusing primarily on leading the team in the strategy, business development and delivery of key clients across multiple sectors Annual spend: £20m
